Purchase and return guidelines

All fabrics are cut in full lengths. This means that if you order 2 meters, you will receive 2 meters of continuous fabric.

Prices for meter items are stated in 0.5 meters (50 cm). If you want to buy one meter, add quantity 2 to the shopping cart. If you want to buy two meters, add quantity 4 to the shopping cart, etc.

There is no right of return/cancellation on meter items, as they are cut to order and are custom-made. However, if there is something wrong with the fabric you have received, document this by taking a photo as soon as you discover the problem and contact us, and we will find a solution.

For other goods, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Remember that returned goods must be returned in their original condition. Goods that are damaged or clearly used will not be accepted as a return and the money will not be refunded. Contact us if you want to return goods that qualify, and we will arrange it. There will be costs for the customer when sending the returned goods.
